PTFE Sheet Lining
PTFE Sheet Lining offers super low friction, high chemical resistance, low and high temperature capability, resistance to weathering, electrical and thermal insulation, and unrivalled “slipperiness” PTFE Sheet is pretty much safe against most known elements and compounds. It is attacked only by the alkaline metals in the elementary state, by chlorine trifluoride, and by elementary fluorine at high temperatures and pressures. PTFE doesn’t dissolve in most solvents at temperatures up and around 300°C. Fluorinated hydrocarbons can cause an amount of expansion which is not permanent. Some oils which are highly fluorinated and at temperatures over 300°C can inflict a dissolving affect upon this excellent engineering plastic. ADVANTAGE: The wear of PTFE sheet will always depend on the roughness of the opposing material as well as speed and the load that is applied but for high wear applications it would be better to choose other engineering plastics such as UHMWPE.

PTFE Lined Flow Indicators
PTFE Lined Sight Flow Indicator are commonly used in pipelines across industries to observe flow. While the traditional Sight Flow indicators work in most industries, in certain applications the metal bodies do not work, due to chemical incompatibility with the process media. For such applications, We offer the complete range of Sight Flow Indicators with PTFE lining which comes in contact with the process media. Noble offers both tubular as well as double window Sight Flow Indicators with FEP and PFA lining. The body of the Flow Indicator is usually made of Cast Ductile Iron or various stainless-steel grades. The wetted parts are completely lined with polymers such as FEP or PFA, ensuring complete corrosion resistance. PTFE Lined Sight Flow Indicators are hence used for flow monitoring in corrosive environment like transfer of acid, alkalis and other corrosive chemicals in chemical process plants, food processing plants, petrochemical plants and in various other industries such as pesticides, fertilizer, dyes, paper and pulp processing plants.

PTFE Lined Dip Pipe ("J" Type With Sparger)
Our PTFE Lined & Jacketed Steel Dip Pipes & Spargers are manufactured to the highest standards in the industry. Units are given extreme stress tests to validate the integrity and long life. Flared sealing of joint is provided with machined PTFE seal – plate of uniform thickness and surface finish which ensures higher seal integrity over the uneven sealing surface of a flare. Sparger extensions are solidly fused to the liners and jackets and are smaller in diameter to fit various CPI applications. These extensions can be straight, angular, and PH Probe adapter. Our standard sch. 40 seamless steel pipes conform to grade ASTM A 106 Group B. We can make closed-end dip pipes with tantalum tips for thermowell & reinforced baffle applications.
