Fluoropolymers Coating
PRODUCT LIST
Ready to upgrade your plant with long-lasting industrial lining?
Our experts provide tailored solutions for Rubber, FRP, PTFE, and advanced coatings.
Define the Requirements & Constraints
Fluoropolymer coatings are engineered to provide exceptional chemical resistance, non-stick performance, and long-term durability in highly corrosive industrial environments. At Unicon Industrial Lining, defining the right project requirements and constraints is the first and most important step to ensuring flawless coating performance.
Our coating specialists begin with a detailed evaluation of operating temperature, chemical concentration, pressure conditions, and substrate type. This helps us determine the most suitable fluoropolymer system—whether PTFE, FEP, PFA, ETFE, PVDF, or ECTFE (Halar)—based on your plant’s actual conditions.
We also assess corrosion rate, abrasive movement, vapor phase exposure, and CIP/SIP cycles to understand long-term stress on the coated surface. This allows us to define the coating thickness, curing temperature, bonding method, and surface preparation grade (SA 2.5 blasting) required for maximum adhesion and service life.

Halar Coating
We provide Halar Coating Service are available in various designs and patterns according to the requirements of the customers. They are smooth and contamination free. They are coated by Halar. They provide various features like resistant to corrosion, durable and reliable. They are fabricated according to international standards. They are made of superior quality materials.
Tefzel Coating
Tefzel coatings serve as linings in pumps, pipe, tanks, valves, agitators, and a variety of vessels and containers. Teflon coatings are chemically inert and solvent resistant to virtually all chemicals except molten alkali metals, fluorine at elevated temperatures, and certain complex hydrogenated compounds at elevated temperatures and pressures.Chemical and corrosion resistance are not the only properties that are important in CPI applications. Dry lubrication may be required in certain applications.
PVDF Coating
PVDF is a true thermoplastic with very high chemical resistance. A two coat powder coating system about 350 µm thick is a lining which is very suitable for the chemical plant. PVDF is easily processable with very good chemical and aging resistance inflammable and excellent abrasion resistance with max usable temperature of 140ºC. The chemical resistance of PVDF is very high. It resists conditions, usually regarded as aggressive. The polymer resists most chemical environments and is attacked only by strong hot oxidizing acids, fluorine and some aromatic amines. The major restriction with chemical resistance is due to the fact that the coatings are thin. PVDF is not microporous like PTFE, but like all thermoplastics, it has a finite permeability, particularly to small molecules.
PFA Coating
Our organization is involved in the production of an advanced range of PFA or Perfluoroalkoxy coating, Corrosion Resistant Coatings. This coating offers truly universal chemical resistance even at extremely high temperatures. Our highly innovative and efficient coating is impervious to even the strongest mineral acids and inorganic oxidizing agents. We offer these coatings at highly cost-effective prices.
